Some pizza delivery places and others now have a cheesy bread they offer. and This is one has 2 of my favorite things in the world… Garlic and cheese…
its a quick and simple little recipe that I now make pretty much every time I make pizza.
1/2 stick of salted butter melted
2 cloves minced garlic (2 tbsp, if ou have pre minced garlic)
dash of salt and pepper
pinch of Basil, and Oregano, or Italian seasoning
3/4 lb of Mozzarella Cheese.
1/4 Mild cheddar or Colby Jack
**I prefer a blend of 3/4 Mozzarella and 1/4 Pepper Jack
Preheat over to 400
In a small bowl add all the ingredients. and mix together. let rest for 10 to 20 minutes.
Spray a pizza pan with cooking spray (or wipe with oil / butter)
Prepare the crust per the recipe
spread the garlic butter evenly across the pizza crust and cover with cheese.
place in the preheated oven and cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until done, rotating if necessary.
