When you go to a restaurant there is always that distinct flavor you can never replicate at home. Always been told to never over season meat, let the flavors speak for themselves? well here you go. a chefs secret seasoning to unleash the natural flavors of all meat (and most all dishes) without over powering or changing the taste.
Cup Salt (prefer Sea salt, or Kosher)
Tbsp: Celery salt
Tbsp: Garlic salt
Tbsp: Black Pepper
Dash: white pepper
Mix all ingredients together and store in a sealed container. OR if you are like me a cup/shaker on the counter, because this is the go to for all recipes I cook.
