Pecan Maple Salmon

Made a variation of this a few nights ago, and thinking this may have to be revisited Again soon!

2 6-8 Oz salmon filets

1/2 c: finely chopped pecans

1 Oz: apple cider vinegar

1 c: real maple Syrup

Dash of salt n pepper

Dash of cayenne

Preheat oven to 375

In a food processor add 1/2 the maple syrup and remaining ingredients, blend. Add the remaining maple syrup. Place salmon on cookie sheet cover each Salmon with half the mixture. Ideally let marinate in the fridge for a few hours, but not needed. Cook until desired doneness. 125 for medium rare. To 145 fully cooked remove from the oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes
