2 avocados

2 Roma tomatoes

Small white onion

1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro leaves

1/2 tsp: cummin


1 jalapeño seeded (optional)

Salt pepper to taste

Dice avocados, tomatoes, onion, and rough cup the cilantro. Add to the food processor. Add cummin, salt, pepper, and jalapeño. Add lime juice and blend to desired consistency. Pending the ripeness of the tomatoes, you may need to add a dash of olive oil
