Asian Salad Dressing

Here is a quick and easy dressing, and an alternative to plain ole Soy sauce. Use this as a dressing on salads, or marinades for Fish and Lobster. you can also find this recipe on about 100 different sites, as it is a pretty generic recipe. If you make this and have added additional ingredients to better the flavor please feel free to comment!

recipe:

4 Tbsp: Canola Oil

2/3 C: Rice Vinegar

1/2 C: Hoisin Sauce

3 Tbsp: Soy Sauce ( I like to use reduced sodium)

2 Tbsp: Fresh Grated Ginger

1 Tsp: Sesame oil

Combine all ingredients in a jar (with tight lid), close and shake allowing all ingredients to blend well. Open and leave set for 30 to 45 minutes. add to salad, fish etc, or place in the fridge. Typically good for up to a week.
