I make this by the pound, because I love tacos, and Mexican food in general, so instead of buying those little packets at the store for .99 i just keep a big ole container of “the seasoning of the gods” on hand. this way I know I am safe. Can also be used for a little different flavor on grilled steak, chicken, etc.
1/4 c: chili powder
1 tsp: garlic powder
1 tsp: onion powder
2 tsp: paprika
2 tbsp: ground cumin
1 tbsp: sea salt
1 tbsp: black pepper
1 tsp: crushed red pepper
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix together. place in a container and use as needed!
