Asian Teriyaki Salmon

So my girlfriend is vegetarian (yes she eats fish), and always is looking for new things to try. We tend to go very few places as I am not a fan of eating out, but we visit Scotty’s Brewhouse every now and then to visit the best Bartender (and my brother) in Indiana. and last time we went she tried their Asian Salmon dish, and felt we needed to replicate it at home. So here is our version. We have made it a few times and I must admit, it is very good!

Recipe:

1/2 to 1lb Salmon

Teriyaki glaze / sauce

shredded Napa Cabbage

Shredded Red Cabbage

Shredded carrots

Almond slices

Chow Mien Noodles

Asian Salad dressing (recipe)

This is a pretty simple recipe: cover the salmon in Teriyaki Glaze, and place in a 450 degree preheated over. cook for approx 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked thru. While the Salmon is cooking chop and shred cabbage and carrots, and place in a mixing bowl. add a hand full of almonds and Noodles and mix thoroughly. add the dressing to your liking (nice even coating) and mix. place in serving bowls. once salmon is ccoked, let rest for a few minutes, cut into desired sizes and place on top of the cabbage mixture in your bowl and serve!
