Stage 1
For about 2 months we have looked into many different types of systems from DYI to commercial grade. after much consideration, and the luck of finding 2 free IBC tanks, the DYI is the way we will go! Our first step is getting the tanks and getting them home. With the help of Chef Mike, we were able to get them loaded in the trailer and head to the house to take a closer look and make sure there are no cracks or issues with the tanks themselves. Once that is complete we can cut them down and build the basic structure.
