Spinach n Artichoke dip

Made this tonight for 75. ( Well actually for 77, because Cami was helping and “testing” the so for me)

Gotta say this is as easy as it gets and is oh….so….good.

2 cups parmesan cheese
1 (10 ounce) boxfrozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained of excess liquid
1 (14 ounce) canartichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2⁄3 cup sour cream
Ok1 cup cream cheese
1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons garlic, minced

Preheat oven to 375°F.Mix together Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts.Combine remaining ingredients and mix with spinach mixture.Bake for 20-30 minutes.Serve with crackers or toasted bread.

**You can also make this stove top. Just mic the ingredients in a pot at low-medium heat.
