Grilled Marinated London Broil

One of my favorites. An easy peasy awesome price of meat. This one is on the grill but can easily be done in the oven as well.

1 1/2 lb top round, or flank

Marinade:

1/2 c red wine

1/2 c balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp soy

3-4 cloves garlic minced

Rub

1 tbsp rosemary

1 tbsp thyme

1 tbsp sage

1 tsp sage

Dash salt n pepper

Place the meat in a gal zip lock bag add all the marinade ingredients. Seal and let sit for 1 hour to overnight (in the fridge).

Fire the grill to hot.. Pull the meat out of the marinade and sprinkle with the rub on both sides.

Place on the grill. 6 minutes a side for med rare.. Let rest 5 minutes, cut into thin strips.
